In addition to the services we perform for our clients, InnovAid participates in self-funded internal research & development (R&D). The goal of this program is to develop innovative technologies and intellectual property that provide solutions to previously identified needs. Some of these needs may be defined by our clients through our Invent-on-Demand^SM program.

Once at an appropriate level of successful development, we will typically make an innovation available for license or acquisition. Our focus is not on commercializing or marketing these technologies ourselves, but rather on developing and then helping to apply them. We believe that engaging in independent R&D has many benefits. Leveraging our internal resources helps us regulate and maximize the utilization of our facilities and personnel. This reduces idle time and overhead expenses, decreasing the cost of our services. In addition, work performed on these independent projects enhances the expertise we bring to our clients.
