Developing and commercializing a new invention is often a lengthy and costly venture. It can be devastating to learn too late that an invention is based on technology that just isn't feasible. If you are not an expert on the engineering or scientific principals your idea relies upon, InnovAid's TechCheck^SM service can provide a valuable confirmation of your invention's technical basis, before you invest significant amounts of time or money. For an affordable flat fee, InnovAid will evaluate your technology's feasibility and determine whether it violates any applicable engineering or scientific laws. You will receive a report summarizing our findings and 30 minutes of follow-up consultation.

Establishing technical feasibility is an important first step before pursuing an invention. However, most inventors could benefit from a more complete technical assessment of their concept, including its novelty, competing technologies, potential development hurdles and technical issues that could affect commercialization. Our TechCheck Plus^SM program combines all of these assessments into one cost-saving, fixed-price package. It's what we do before initiating one of our own internal development programs. This package includes up to 1 hour of follow-up consultation and a detailed report presenting our findings from the following measures.

My InnovAide^SM - Expert Engineering Assistance

Wouldn't it be nice to have your own engineering staff to support your innovation efforts? The next best thing is My InnovAide^SM, your personal engineering assistant on call. That's our name for the on-demand engineering consulting and outsourcing services we provide to inventors and other individuals. While the scope of these services is limited only by your needs, some typical examples include:

• Concept evaluation or development;
• Component or subsystem design;
• Detailed engineering or economic studies;
• In-depth literature reviews;
• Patent preparation assistance; and
• Development of sizing or application methodologies.

These services are usually provided on an hourly basis with free estimates provided for each project. However, discounted rates are available for prepaid blocks of time that waive the need for individual project estimates. In rare instances we may also accept future royalties or ownership interests instead of our usual fees. If you have a genuinely attractive idea but lack sufficient capital to develop it, ask us about this program.

MyLab^SM - On-Demand Testing, Research and Development

When you require more than consulting assistance, consider utilizing MyLab^SM, InnovAid's contract research & development services for inventors. It's like having a very large garage filled with all of the equipment and personnel you need to test or build your designs. And it's ready whenever you are. With MyLab^SM you can quickly and economically acquire the information you need to effectively develop, patent or promote your invention by performing:

• Lab-scale screening tests;
• Prototyping or demonstration unit assembly;
• Bench-scale proof-of-concept or performance testing; or
• Full-scale or field demonstration.

These services can be provided using any one of our standard financial programs, including fixed-price for well-defined projects with clear deliverables.

Invent-on-Demand^SM

Some individuals know of a particularly troublesome problem, but are not able to devise a suitable solution. They may not possess the necessary technical background or desire to be an inventor. An entrepreneur who would like to cultivate a specific market niche, but lacks the innovative product or process it requires is one example.

With our Invent-on-Demand^SM program, you can bring us the problem and ask us to solve it. You can either pay for our services up-front and own any developed intellectual property or opt to have us develop a solution independently, and at no cost to you.
